What is the least busy time to go to the store?
Usually, the slowest time in the store is between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, before lunch time. During this period, there is usually less customer traffic, making it a good time to visit if you prefer a less crowded shopping experience.

Do I need an appointment for a Free Foot Assessment?
You do not need an appointment to have a free assessment. You can visit the store Sunday – Saturday from 10:00am until 6:00pm for your free foot assessment. We are proud to offer the most updated technology for our Free Foot Assessments, ensuring accurate and comprehensive results. Our advanced technology allows us to assess your feet with precision and provide personalized recommendations for your footwear needs. Additionally, we encourage you to check your closet and bring your favorite shoes with you. After assessing your feet, we can also evaluate your shoe collection to determine if they are right for you.

What is Hawley Lane Shoes return policy for ONLINE PURCHASES?
HawleyLaneShoes.com/ComfortShoeShop.com accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

- To Qualify for Free Return Shipping, Items Must be Returned to Us Within 14 Days of Receipt.

What is Hawley Lane Shoes return policy for IN-STORE PURCHASES?
Hawley Lane Shoes accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Items purchased in store can be returned at any Hawley Lane Shoes store within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Customers must present original receipt at the time of the transaction. If a refund is being issued it will only be processed to the same payment method used in the initial purchase. Item(s) being returned after the 14-day return period will only be accepted at the manager’s discretion, and may only be issued a store credit.
Can I return a defective or damaged item (In-store purchase)?
Yes, you can return a defective or damaged item provided that the defect is due to a manufacturing flaw and not due to normal wear and tear or a deterioration in the shoe due to the user’s wear pattern. Hawley Lane Shoes has a return policy in place that allows customers to return such items for a refund or exchange. Please reach out to the store where you bought the shoes for further assistance in initiating the return process. Please note that at the manager’s discretion a determination will be made as to whether the damage is manufacturing defect.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from HawleyLaneShoes.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
