In-Store Returns Of Online Purchases Are Not Allowed – All Online Purchases Must Be Shipped Back To Us at customer cost.
HawleyLaneShoes.com accepts returns on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached.
Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 3 PM (EST) will begin processing and ship within 24 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Monday.

HawleyLaneShoes.com uses UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
