We just purchased our son’s first pair of real shoes today and we could not be happier with our experience! Everyone was kind, helpful and knowledgeable from getting him fitted properly to selecting the best product for him. It’s so nice to see that independently owned shoes stores still exist — we will be returning to Hawley Lane Shoes in the future!

Excellent customer service, product knowledge, courteous and just lovely associates besides good value and quality along with cleanliness. One criticism, you have some lovely items in the sales rack, I feel they should be displayed so you can “empty your shelves”. Also customer returns 14 days no problem. Well done! Support from the bottom up, in an extra wide width, they tailored my needs to nest my custom fit orthotic insoles. Mary was patient, helpful, and kind in finding me the perfect shoes, AND at a discount!!! Starting with the right shoes leads to walking, leads to fresh air, leads to better health and well being. She spent a very long time on three different days helping me pick just the right sneakers. I have some balance issues and she literally spent hours, even ordering me different sizes, so I could have the proper fit and support. I am so overwhelmed by the care I received!
