Today we went shopping for sneakers and had the pleasure of meeting Amy. She was so very kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She listened to our needs, what we were looking for and asked questions. She came out with various options and they were exactly what we wanted. My Mom and I each purchased sneakers. Amy also advised us to treat the sneakers with waterproof spray to keep them looking like new. Amy was absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be returning to Hawley Lane Shoes and will ask for Amy! Amy was wonderful with my fiancée and I in helping us with shoes!! My fiancée has a high arch, she got him ones, a pair of slip on Merrill’s and another slip on for summertime. I got a lightweight zip sneaker that I absolutely love and is to comfortable the second she put them on! Attached is a picture. Love the color and fit! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Was at Hawley lane shoes yesterday. Was looking for a specific shoe and size. MARY came to help me. She was literally the most helpful and informative shoe salesperson I’ve ever met in my life hands down. She was super sweet and funny and patient. She guided me through properly sizing my feet in length and width. My entire adult life I was getting shoes half size to short and I had no idea. Hawley Lane is wonderful! What really makes it special are the dedicated professional who are willing to spend lots of time with you figuring out what shoes are best for your feet. I have unique wide feet with high instep and arches. It takes me a while to find shoes that work. Lisa was amazing both times I’ve been to Hawley Lane. She’s patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Amy is also very knowledgeable. I recommend Hawley Lane without reservation and highly suggest you ask for Lisa!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience yesterday at Hawley Lane. Josh there winded up helping me and fitted my two little ones for new sneakers. He made it so easy and his patience and kindness were exceptional.
