I went in and the store was busy, no one bothered to greet us. So we walked and took a look at some shoes and was finally helped by a nice man (I forgot his name) who did a foot test on us and was SO knowledgeable and so caring. He was definitely patient as I went into the store undecided of which pair of shoes I wanted. He had recommended Hoka’s and shoe inserts, which both work GREAT. Will definitely return, thank you!

Then a few weeks later one pair of shoes had a string on the Velcro strap come undone and it was so quick and easy to exchange. Very happy, will continue to buy and support Hawley Lane in Stamford.

Salesman suggested good recommendations and was kind to throw away my old sneakers that I walked in with so I can walk out wearing my new perfect fitting sneakers.
