“Bill visited the Norwalk store, was having foot pain. He was adamant about his foot size, and didn’t think he needed to be measured. Veronica however insisted that she needed to measure him to assess his feet. He was wearing 9.5 shoes but measured 10.5/11. Once he got the right size shoe on, his foot pain was gone immediately.
